Potato Tomato Events Potato Tomato began as a food hut in the Whitstable Harbour Market in 2016. In 2017 we opened a restaurant on Oxford Street in Whitstable.

Sadly in 2020 we decided to close the restaurant due to the effects of the pandemic on the hospitality industry.

With the decision to end our markets, comes the end of Potato Tomato. We are both doing other things now and don't have the time or energy to run the business on the side.
We take away some amazing memories and achievements and want to thank everyone who has supported us over the last seven years.
Please keep supporting vegan-owned businesses if you can 💚

Sadly we have had to cancel the Whitstable Vegan Spring Market due to a lack of stall holders. In December we had fourteen businesses ask for stalls, however, just two weeks before the event only four had confirmed, two had dropped out and the rest haven't let us know if they're coming or not. We don't want to put ourselves through the stress of chasing people any more, so we have made the decision to stop doing the Whitstable Vegan Markets altogether. We apologise for any disappointment this may cause and want to thank everyone who has come along and supported our events in the past.

Join us for the Whitstable Vegan Spring Market where you'll find a fabulous range of local, cruelty-free businesses selling a variety of amazing products. Hot food and drinks will be available from the Potato Tomato pop up cafe.

ALL MONIES RAISED WILL GO TO THE RETREAT ANIMAL RESCUE.

Simply send us a message, we'll send instructions to pay by PayPal, then once the money is received we'll send you a photo with your raffle numbers.

We will do the draw tomorrow evening!
Please note, you must be able to collect the hamper from Herne Bay.
