What a weekend! Thank you to everyone who popped in, said hello, took a treat home and shared the love. Every single one of you made my weekend. 🥹🍰

📢 A little heads up: the shed will be closed next weekend because we're visiting family. ✈️🇮🇹

But don't go anywhere! Follow this space! 👀 I'll be exploring authentic Italian pasticcerie for inspiration, and I'll be sharing all the delicious delicatessen along the way: pastries, cakes, coffee and everything sweet. 🥐☕🍋

Ok, ok, ok. The weather isn't helping, so here's a push to get you out of the house and help me clear the shelves: 😅

Brownies, flapjacks, cookie bars, loaf cake, apple crumble tarts with real homemade custard, cheesecake and more. They're all homemade and all asking to go home with you. 🥹

⭐ Star of the week: Apple Crumble Tarts with Custard 🍎
Buttery pastry, warm spiced apples and a golden crumble topping, served with proper homemade custard. Real eggs, real milk, real vanilla. No powder, no shortcuts, no fakery. Just the way it should taste. 🥧
