I was beyond excited to create both of these — not just because they were a challenge, but because moments like this are rare and special. With my baby joining me for every holiday after this summer, days like these feel extra meaningful 🥹

Here’s why each ingredient goes into this immunity shot:

- Apples – natural sweetness + fibre + antioxidants
- Oranges – rich in Vitamin C for immune support
- Carrot – great for skin, eyes and overall immunity
- Ginger – anti-inflammatory + helps fight infections
- Lemon – boosts Vitamin C
- Honey – antibacterial + soothing (use good quality honey if giving to kids over 1)
- Turmeric – powerful anti-inflammatory + immune booster
- Coconut water – hydration + electrolytes

How to make it:
– Use a juicer if you have one (best texture + fastest).

The life of a baker in one picture — background mayhem and forgetting to take an Instagram-worthy shot!
But this cake was so special to us. Growing up as two sisters with birthdays close together, we always celebrated our birthdays side by side.

So creating this for another pair of sisters brought back the sweetest memories and the biggest smile to our faces.
