Flower rings are a beautiful addition to any marquee! They look great over tables, over the bar and are relatively easy to install! All we need to know is where you want it, and we will put it there leaving it at head height for your florist to decorate. They are a feature your guest won’t miss 😍

Back garden wedding set up for A&O. Our 60x40 traditional pole tent just fit and looked beautiful with the surrounding flower beds. 150-160 guests was at the high end for this marquee but we worked the layout so that it could work! 😎

Here’s how we use five rows of tables to maximise space in the marquee so you can keep your gust numbers up! We understand it can be hard to tell how much space you have with tent planner tools…so we put these slides together for you ➡️➡️➡️

This is the exact layout from the first slide. Our 80 x 40 sailcloth with round bar, dancefloor and five rows of tables.

Five rows of tables allows you to keep the size of the marquee down but the guest numbers up. This helps when it comes to fitting more guests in when there are limitations on how big we can go with the marquee. It also keeps your guests close together with dining creating a really intimate, close and connected feel.

A question people often ask when they see 5 rows of tables on the plan is does the king pole get in the way. It’s one of those things that looks as if it could be invasive on the plan, but blends in perfectly on the actual set up 😍

Plenty of space between tables even with the chairs fully out 😎

A&G wanted a chilled, laid back vibe. Our 80x40 traditional pole tent made the perfect canopy for 144 guests, with plenty of space for dancing and mingling!

Traditional tables and beechwood folding chairs kept the laid back feel, perfectly accompanied by delicate florals. We dotted the outside with some of our outdoor furniture and the final vibe was clearly immaculate! 😍

The beautiful thing about marquees is that you really can create any feel you like. If laid back, festival vibes are your thing… we can make it happen! 🤍

We thought we would share some bts of our catering tent being built. You never really see them, in fact we try and tuck them out of the way where we can but they really are such a big part of the day if you’re having a catering service that requires one. That’s why we always get them right!
