Wood fired Pesto caprese pizza...Fior di latte cheese, san marzano tomato sauce, basil, sun dried tomatoes,finished with (nut free of course) pesto soaked cherry tomatoes and a hit of parmesan.... coming to mapperley top very soon..

From Next week (week commencing 19th) I will only be open Friday and saturday as I am away monday-thursday on holiday before I go into the restaurant as this will be prob the last time for a while I can do this.. and then after that week its most probably going to be only open on a friday and saturday for the week after so I can help get the restaurant ready for what I think will be crazy busy until Jan we will look at bookings and taking them soon as opening is looking like mid november, im sorry if I have not replied to any fb messages I have had over 200 messages in the last few days, aswell as working and everything its abit hectic at the minute. Thanks
