The fantastic weather has completely shaken off the winter cobwebs, and our thoughts are turning to summer (with the hope that this isn’t all the summer we’re going to get!).
For many, summer food is synonymous with BBQs, burgers, ribs, steaks, and sausages. With that in mind, we dusted off the grill and started making burgers at home to get back into the swing of things.
What we’ve got here is one of our homemade half-pound steak burgers, made with minced steak, salt, pepper, and sautéed red onions. Simple but delicious.
We’ve dressed it with lettuce, bacon (because why not?), chili mayo, ketchup, and sliced gherkins.
What’s not to love?
