"There are no words to describe how absolutely perfect this venue is! It's grounds, gardens, exterior and interior are all breathtaking. My partner and I were lucky enough to get married here on Saturday the 18th of May and it was the perfect day. The staff were wonderful and the wedding planning team, were with us every step of the way making sure our day went perfectly. We loved getting to go out on the boat with George and cannot wait to see all of the photos and footage captured on the day! I could not recommend this venue more. Also everyone said it was the best wedding food they had ever had - incredible!"

"What can I say, My wife and my self attended the wedding of Thomas and Ellie...
What a day as soon as we arrived the main house we were blown away by the place. The attention to detail by the staff was the best I’ve experienced attending a wedding.

Then we moved to the pavilion to celebrate just wow !!
Again the staff the food and the surroundings. The younger team were great chatting to all the guest as they went along doing their work, checking everything was ok, they are a credit to the venue. Even upon leaving their shift at 10 pm they came and said good bye.

Rest assured when it’s both my Daughters turn to Marry we will be contacting yourselves .

Happy staff come from happy management.

"Dear Team Kinmount,
A massive thank you for last weekend. We can’t put into words how incredible the whole weekend went. Our guests were wowed by Kinmount and the wonderful team that helped make the day run so smoothly. We had a lot of moving parts on the day, especially with the music, but nothing was too much and the day went without a hitch. When we visited the venue we blown away but the actual weekend exceed all of our expectations. From the friendly staff and great food the night before at the croft to the delicious breakfast and beautiful surroundings inside the house to the excellent food and service on the wedding day to the little touches such as the bottle of fizz waiting for us in the bridal suite we cannot fault anything and wish we could do it all again.

Special thanks to Lauren who ensured the day went so smoothly and did so with a calm and friendly manner. Also thanks to Leeanne and Connor and Justine who played an important part over the weekend. Fiona and George were very welcoming to us and our guests and should be very proud of what they have built.

ONE OF SOUTH WEST SCOTLAND’S MOST BEAUTIFUL HISTORIC HOUSES IS OPENING IN SPRING 2020.

Kinmount House will be available for wedding ceremonies in the house, orangery, lakeside bathing house, Italian garden and our proposed Kinmount Pavilion. We are also able to cater for private parties and corporate events in the stately setting of this glorious estate. There are luxury accommodation apartments and cottages available on site which sleep up to 36 people as well as a selection of bedroom suites in the main house. Our events team will work with you to create bespoke menus, providing full support and planning through to the day itself.
