Had the greatest pleasure this week to create a small lemon cutting wedding cake with 50 cupcake vanilla/chocolate with pink or white swirls and Mr&Mrs toppers for a special couple. Delivered to the Masonic hall, loved the Gnomes on the table with the cake 😁

This weeks creations. A beach theme to represent the lovely lady who turned 60 was the request, 4 layers of lemon flavour sponge. Stitch and travel was the theme requested for Amy’s 40th, with a 3 layers gluten free red velvet cake. Friends and Beuno for Martha’s 21st, 3 layers or vanilla sponge with Jam and buttercream. Lastly a 2 layers chocolate Spider-Man for Cam’s 11th. 😊

Busy last two weeks with the hot weather proving a challenge. 3 tier red velvet with cascade of fondant roses with 30 cupcakes, a tall 2 tier red velvet and vanilla/coconut 40th, minion for a cheeky 4 year old, a teenage warning money pull out cake, 30th for my godson who loves music and his guitar, Skye 15th cake covered in sweets, Bluey bento box plus 2 retirement cakes for Cengage 😊
