It is with a heavy heart to announce that Mary Elizabeth Flowers will be closing with immediate effect.

I have made some lovely memories and met some wonderful customers throughout the nine years in business.
Having my daughter-in-law working alongside me has been a great adventure, we have had many laughs and questioned some of our crazy ideas… but it has been the best time of all!

This is our last year of Christmas wreath workshops and we would like to say a big thank you to everyone that has supported our small family run business, next year will be wreath kits only so keep your eyes peeled for September 2025. WREATH KITS

Fancy making a Christmas wreath in the comfort of your own home, or maybe you would like to gather with family and friends and host your very own Christmas wreath party… Why not purchase a DIY Christmas wreath kit from Mary Elizabeth Flowers!

Each wreath kit will include everything you need from the wreath ring winter foliages and accessories, plus written instructions for you to follow along to.

There are four designs from you to choose from at £35 each:

Traditional - Foliage kit with a bundle of bronze foliage AND pinecones, orange slices, cinnamon sticks and red berries.

Modern - Foliage kit with a bundle of silver foliage AND white/silver twigs, white berries and cinnamon sticks.

Rustic - Foliage kit with a bungle of gold foliage AND gold twigs, pinecones, red berries, feathers and cinnamon sticks.

All wreath kit orders will need to be placed by 27th November 2024 and collection dates to be booked upon ordering.

WREATH WORKSHOPS

Christmas is coming….

Planning is underway for this years Christmas Wreath Workshops at Penton Village Hall;

🎄 Saturday 30th November, 10am-12pm
🎄 Saturday 30th November, 1pm-3pm - FULL
🎄 Saturday 07th December, 10am-12pm
🎄 Saturday 07th December, 1pm-3pm - FULL

Join us for some festive fun at a two hour workshop creating your very own beautiful Christmas wreath with a glass of fizz and of course Mr Bublé.

£40.00 per person which includes everything you need. We will be using winter foliages, a selection of fresh and dried ingredients along with ribbons and more to make your door look glorious this festive season.

Today I said a fond goodbye to my brother in law, we had a woodland funeral, it rained to say the least but the flowers I created was very apt, his boots he used when he went beating, and hidden in the sheaf, was nuts, feathers and corn, the flowers are what you would find in the country side.
