You might not hate soft play… you might just be visiting at the wrong time!

When the weather is wet… everyone heads indoors, the busiest time for us is from 11:30-1pm.

Our quieter times are:
⭐ Early morning from 10am
⭐ Afternoons from 2pm onwards

Less chaos’s less noise!

🕒 Sessions last 2 hours

☀️ On fine weather days we may close earlier due to reduced demand. If planning a visit after 1pm, please ring to check we’re still open or secure one of our guaranteed afternoon sessions at 2pm or 2:30pm.

Walk-ins always but we do have a Bookable afternoon session

🌟 We’re Hiring – Cook & Café Assistant 🌟

⚠️ This is one combined role, not two.

We are looking for a reliable, mature team member to join our team at Castle Mania.

🔞 Must be aged 18+

🕒 Hours:
• Minimum 12 hours per week
• Worked over 3 days – typically 2 weekdays and 1 weekend day
• Additional hours during school holidays are a requirement of the role

❗ This is not a weekend-only position and is not suitable for anyone in full-time education or planning to return to education in the near future due to the flexibility required.

🍽 Duties include:
• Preparing and cooking our full menu
• Serving customers
• Cleaning and maintaining high standards throughout the building
• Supporting the day-to-day running of the centre

Experience in a café, kitchen or similar environment would be an advantage but is not essential.

A Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification would be beneficial, although training can be provided.

If you want your child’s Castle Mania Play Pass active for the full 6 week summer holidays starting 17th July, there are 2 important activation dates to know 👇

✅ FOR A 1ST JULY START

Passes must be purchased by 2nd July

✅ FOR A 1ST AUGUST START

Passes and child headshot photos must be received by 30th July

⚠️ Passes cannot be activated part way through a month.
Any passes purchased after the monthly cut-off will begin from the following month.

I need your help please parents! Please be the one who does report it not the silent kind!

There is absolutely no shame in a child having a toilet accident. It happens.

What you should be ashamed of is leaving without telling anyone.

The quicker we’re informed, the quicker we can clean and sanitise the area, helping us keep the centre safe and pleasant for everyone.

Please don’t assume someone else has reported it. If you see an accident, tell a member of staff.

We always have spare nappies, wipes, underwear and clothing available if needed, and we’re happy to help.
