One year ago today, the most nervous, newly qualified celebrant ever delivered her first wedding! I have learned so much over the past year and met so many amazing people, not just my lovely couples but fellow celebrants and other wedding vendors. I absolutely love this job ❤️

Did we have to improvise? Yes
We're the guests all ill? Yes
Did we have to wrangle a lively 3-year-old throughout the ceremony? Also yes!

Well, it's not a real wedding, is it? I hear this a lot. A celebrant-led ceremony doesn't include legal registration of your marriage but it will feel as magical, memorable and meaningful as any other. In fact, unless you tell them, your guests would never know 🤫
