Our Pop-Up Charity Shop is open! For five days only we’re selling off the rest of our Jingle Jumble donations to raise money to support the care and restoration of Alty Town Hall.
Lots of bargains still to be had! Including women’s clothes, kids and baby, toys, games, jigsaws, books, homeware and bric-a-brac.

Following our fantastic Jingle Jumble Sale, we’re excited to announce that we’re running a Pop-Up Charity Shop to help raise funds for Altrincham Town Hall!

Come along and browse the leftover Jingle Jumble stock - from pre-loved treasures and unique finds to festive bits and pieces - all still up for grabs. It’s a great chance to support your local community while helping us keep Alty Town Hall thriving as a home for arts, culture, and community events.

Come spend a Saturday morning getting creative with our Comic Art Workshop hosted by Rick Eades.

It’s a lovely, laid-back session where kids can dive into drawing, build their own characters and learn how comics come to life. No special skills needed, it's just a chance to have fun and make something totally your own.

Everyone aged 6+ is welcome, and you don’t need to bring a thing!

Workshops take place every second Saturday from 10:00 to 11:30, £12 per session.

Local shops, businesses and community spaces are showcasing incredible artworks as part of the Altrincham Arts Trail including, these in Batch Bottlestore by a Manchester-based oil painter, Georgia Groundland.
Georgia graduated from Leeds Arts University with a BA in Fine Art. Her practice, developed through a series of collaborative exhibitions and independent projects, now centres in her home studio, where she explores intersections between painting, yoga, and tattooing.

Did you know that Alty Town Hall is also used as a film location?

We love championing grassroots arts initiatives, and HIRED - a powerful new short film - comes straight from the creativity of local students and emerging filmmakers.

The film shines a light on the exploitation many young people face as they enter the workforce, and the team is now looking to the community to help bring the project over the finish line. If you’re able to support, even a little, it will make a real difference.

So get into the festive spirit with our Luxury Christmas Wreath Workshop with Chloe Robinson Designs!

Join us on Saturday 29 November 2025, 10:30–12:30 at the Town Hall Chambers, Altrincham, and create your own stunning wreath, full of unusual foliage, berries, hydrangeas, dried fruits and more. All materials are provided – just bring your creativity!
