There's something for everyone in our latest programme of leisure learning courses and workshops. Whether you'd like to learn a new skill, improve your wellbeing, get creative or explore holistic subjects, we'd love you to join us.

Fudokan Karate UK Alton, Hampshire is looking forward to welcoming Alton u3a members to our FREE Peaceful Warrior introductory session on Tuesday 11th August.

This session has been created for anyone who would like to improve balance, mobility and confidence in a calm, friendly and supportive environment.

No martial arts experience is needed.

I hope to meet many new faces and introduce you to a gentle approach to movement and wellbeing.

Please note: This introductory session is exclusively for Alton u3a members.
