We’re passionate about what we do and we’re now on the lookout for a dedicated Baker to join our friendly and hard-working team.
The Role
This is a hands-on role in our home-based production kitchen, where you’ll play a key part in preparing, baking, packaging, and labelling our delicious puddings. Tasks include:
Mixing and baking or steaming puddings
Maintaining impeccable hygiene and a clean workspace
Labelling and packaging products with care
Keeping accurate production records
Working collaboratively with the wider team
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
Take pride in producing high-quality, handmade food
Be a proactive team player, happy to follow instructions
Be a self starter, organised, and reliable
Have excellent character references
Experience in a food production or baking environment is helpful but not essential — we value attitude, work ethic, and passion for quality above all.
Working Hours
Flexible start with part-time hours
Ideal for someone local to the Alnwick area
