💕We know booking fees aren’t everyone’s favourite thing, so we wanted to explain why we’ve introduced one💕

✨ A little update about our appointment policy ✨

At Off the Rails by Wedding Belles, every appointment is private, giving you exclusive use of the boutique and dedicated one-to-one time to find your dream dress.

Unfortunately, we’ve recently had a number of appointments where people haven’t turned up. As a small independent business, this means we lose valuable appointment times that could have been offered to another bride.

To help reduce no-shows, all appointments now require a £15 booking fee.

💍 If you say “yes” to your dress, the full £15 will be deducted from the price of your gown, so you don’t lose a penny.

If you need to rearrange or cancel your appointment, we simply ask for 48 hours’ notice, and your booking fee will be transferred to your new appointment or refunded (where applicable).

We truly appreciate your understanding and support. This small change helps us continue giving every bride the personal experience she deserves while protecting our diary from missed appointments.
