Don't forget! This Sunday its our Lion King Brunch, the final summer Disney celebration we've got on the cards.

As always, The Doorstep Singers will be there to entertain the family with two hours of live singing, crafts and partying all themed around the Disney classic!

The kids absolutely love to play in the park, just imagine how much they would love it if it was upgraded!
Anyone who comes to our regular kids club would know how much we utilise this park, an upgrade would make such a difference and the kids would be so happy!

As you may or may not know our home, Almondsbury Recreation Ground is a registered charity and managed by a group of volunteer trustees on behalf of the local community.

Since we arrived here in 2019 we have tried our best to help the charity make improvements all round the complex as well as supporting the sports teams and groups based here.

One of our biggest aims has been to replace the ancient play park here which is now over 30 years old. Since 2019 we have dreamt of creating a disability friendly park that is inclusive to all and really adds something to the local community which the council funded parks are failing to do.

Today we are launching a GoFundMe campaign to try and raise the money to develop this space into something the whole community can be proud of. It's a massive target and a huge ask, but we are hoping that with lots of little donations we can make a big difference!
