✨ Freelance Wedding Coordinator Required ✨
Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a talented and passionate Freelance Wedding Coordinator to join the team at Walcot Hall Estate.
This is a self-employed position, paid on a per-wedding basis, making it ideal for someone already working within weddings, events, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused industry.
We’re looking for someone who:

💙 Can remain calm and professional under pressure
💙 Has excellent communication and customer service skills
💙 Takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience for every couple
💙 Is available to work weekends, as weekend work is essential
Previous wedding coordination experience is preferred. For the remainder of the 2026 wedding season, full training will be provided as you shadow our existing Wedding Coordinators, learning every aspect of how we deliver our weddings at Walcot Hall Estate.
The successful candidate will then progress to managing their own weddings throughout the 2027 season, becoming a key part of our wedding team.
As Wedding Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for helping ensure each wedding day runs seamlessly, working closely with couples, suppliers, and our venue team to bring every detail together.
