Spedeworth Motorsports are the UK’s biggest Short Oval racing promotion, racing at an impressive group of purpose built stadiums around England. Our current raceways can be found at Aldershot Raceway and Arlington Stadium (Eastbourne) in the South, and Mildenhall Stadium, Foxhall Heath Stadium (Ipswich) plus Great Yarmouth Stadium in East Anglia. Many formulas race at our events over the year, with most featuring a mixture of both contact and non-contact classes providing entertainment for the whole family. Super close, wheel arch to wheel arch, non-contact racing comes from a variety of classes from the spectacular National Hot Rods, 2.0 Litre Hot Rods to the Stock Rods and Rookie Rods and many more guest formulas. Spedeworth also run Bone Builders Junior Micra Stock Cars & Bone Builders Ninja Karts for the youngsters to learn their racecraft from an early age where they often put the adults to shame with great racing! For the adults who like the all-action contact side of short oval racing we have the metal bending, bumper clanging 1300 Stock Cars and National Saloon Stock Cars as well as the Historic Stock Cars bringing back memories from yesteryear. Not forgetting the all-action variety of Banger classes - from the National Bangers to Bangers to Back to Basic Bangers - hard hits, follow-ins, big wrecks and much more which often has to be seen to be believed! Spedeworth are proud to have been a leading name in Stock Car racing here in the UK for over 50 years. We have been responsible for many of the innovations in the sport that can be seen today. We require all drivers to bring ground protection in case you are parked in the overflow pit area, this is vitally important for the event.

If you would like to park with another team in the pits, please arrive together.

Drivers racing at the event do not require a camping pass.

❓ As a BriSCA F2/Saloon driver, can I arrive on Friday?
Yes, competitor entry is available for all classes from 12pm on Friday 11th September.

❓ As a BriSCA F1 driver, do I need to leave the venue on Saturday?
BriSCA F1 drivers staying for the weekend will be parked in a designated pit area, allowing you to stay in one place for the whole event.

❓ As a 1400 driver, do I need to leave the pits on Friday night?
Yes, you will need to leave your pit area and move to the camping area.

❓ Where do I get safety checked?
Scrutineers will come to your race transporter.

Here are some FAQs for Race Fans ahead of the Double World Final Weekend next weekend, with the aim of helping you enjoy your visit.

Timings are available in a previous post or on the event page of the website.

❓ Can I pay on the day?
Yes, tickets are available per day at the Turnstiles - cash or card accepted. Please keep your wristband on at all times.

*Advance tickets are recommended* if you are attending all three days. Advance ticket sales will close on Monday 7th September at 1pm - after this all tickets are at the Turnstiles.

❓ Do I need a camping pass?
If you are staying overnight, whatever you are staying in requires a camping pass to be displayed - this includes tents, campers, cars etc. Your camping pass covers you from Thursday to Monday night. Don’t forget, all units need a fire extinguisher to allow us to have camping at this event.

❓ Are there facilities for camping?
Toilets are available in the stadium and in the camping area. Showers are available in the main toilet block at a cost of £5. The cost is due to the lack of respect and hygiene people have shown our facilities in the past.

❓ Where should I park?
If you aren't staying overnight, follow the signs to the day parking area. A park + ride will be available should you need it from the Day Parking area to the Turnstiles.

If you have a disabled badge, please follow the signs to the disabled parking area where a shuttle will be able to bring you to and from the Turnstiles.

❓ Can I still get a grandstand seat?
Call 01252 322 920 to book before Monday 7th September. After this point, subject to availability, grandstand seating can be purchased at the event for £15.00 per seat per day.

❓ Where do I enter the stadium car park?
Entry will only be permitted via designated gates, please follow the signs to where you need to go. The layout of this event is different to most at the venue.

❓ Can I bring in my own food/drink?
Yes. Food and drink is also available at the stadium.

❓ Can I bring in my own chairs?
Yes, but please be considerate to other race fans.
