🚨🚨 Important – Event Postponement 🚨🚨
Dear Mini Beatz clubbers
We are sad to announce that we are postponing the Mini Beatz event, which was due to take place on Sunday 5th April.
Amidst the ongoing concerns regarding the spread of coronavirus and the increased impact that this is expected to have in the coming weeks we wanted to take action now with both events only a few tickets away from sell outs once again.
Mini Beatz was set up to give our little toddlers a safe environment to play in, away from the regular events which sees little toddlers mixed with larger kids and we simply couldn’t and wouldn’t proceed with an event when we knew the safety of babies, toddlers, parents and grandparents was at risk.
We fully appreciate that other kids events may still take place however Mini Beatz was set up as a non-profit company with all monies simply put back in to future events to continually improve, therefore other companies may still proceed with kids activities but for us the number one and only consideration was kids and parents/grandparents safety.
We have contacted our ticket suppliers today and they fully agree with our decision that safety comes first. Over the next few days refunds will be paid back to each person who has purchased tickets – please PM or email us if you have not been refunded by the weekend.
We hope everyone fully understands why we have decided to postpone our event until toddlers, parents and the regular grandparents can all get together again at Mini Beatz and have fun.
