How is our head chef and owner John so patient? Well…

Whether it’s an intimate dinner for 10 or a wedding breakfast for 200, every plate leaves the kitchen looking like it’s the only one being served.

Same precision. Same care. Same slightly obsessive attention to detail.

When you’ve got the patience to do that 200 times over, apparently you’ve also got just enough left to deal with an incredible team who definitely test it from time to time 😉

It’s basically professional training at this point.
