Thank you to Leona & Robbie for choosing me as their Celebrant for their wedding in Nov 2027 🫶🏻

I met Leona 3 years ago on a Caledonian bus trip to see Pink in Sunderland. She had been engaged for a number of years and said “if we ever get married you will be doing it” and now I will be 😀

Leona & Robbie fell in love with the gorgeous Dalmeny Park and booked after their first visit. I can’t wait to create their perfect ceremony and know it will be filled with fun and laughter. 🩵

The most beautiful afternoon for the wedding of Ellen & Doug. The family’s garden was a gorgeous setting for their celebration and despite 4 seasons in one hour, they didn’t let it dampen their spirits.

The personal touches included “The Shepherd News” newsletter, signature cocktails and rum made my Doug’s dad as the guests favours (obviously their fishing theme ran through all of these 🎣🐠🐟).

Their ceremony was a romantic fairytale mixed with comedic stories of their 13 years together. The guests gave their love and support in a ring warming ceremony, they shared whiskey from the family quaich and read hand written vows to each other.

It was my absolute pleasure to marry this wonderful couple and to share their loving story with their intimate gathering of friends and family.

Happy Wedding Day to this fabulous pair. Ellen & Doug have been together for 13 years, meeting at college when they were just 16 and I can’t wait to kick start my 2026 wedding year with them. An intimate gathering in Doug’s family garden promises to be a very special day for them. 🩵🥂

I am excited to be able to say that for the rest of 2026 I will be undertaking training with Sacred Heart Sanctuary which will see me become qualified in funeral ceremonies and most excitingly for me, I will on completion, be able to complete the legal wedding process for my couples from 2027 onwards. This is something which I have been researching and trying to make possible for the past couple of years and something which will boost my wee business and make life much easier for my wedding couples. I am buzzing to get started with this organisation because I know they will help me grow as a person and as a Celebrant 🩵

What a busy one I’ve had, 2025 has been my biggest year yet!

Weddings all over the country and every ceremony crafted to suit each couple.

Castles, hotels, a race course and a forest were among the locations this year.

I am entirely grateful to each and every couple who has trusted me with their ceremony this year. It has been an honour to stand beside you all on your special day. 🩵
