On Thursday, we got a very distressed phone call from one of our clients, to say the Marque company who they had booked for their event had left the marque in a terrible state and was refusing to give them any compensation and refusing to change it!! This was extremely stressful for our clients and we instantly started to phone our suppliers to get the problems fixed.
