Did this last year as im so passionate about mental health. Being in the job i do. Plus family members lost due to su***de . My own Dad struggled for many of years.

Hope you dont mind me sharing as its the month of mental health awarness xx

I will as I always do be giving customers at random free gifts regarding mental health xx

Also will leave displays around the village as I did last year xx

Dont struggle alone xx

A empty chair in my living room. Where you should be sat.

But sadly the mental strain called you back.

It sneaked up on you why I was out. It got into your thoughts and gave you a shout.

A silent killer that bleeds you dry.

Takes away your happy leave you nothing but to cry.

Remember my chair would miss your ass.

Mental health comes in all forms.

It's not just in October. It's in everyday we have a heart beat.

It passes some by leaving them alone. It's not that there better. It's the walls are strong.

Remember my chair will miss your ass.

If you have left us due to the struggles. Remember we will love you no matter what.

No blame or shame sent your way. Just sadness your walls had a crack and the bastard got in.

I write these words from someone once found myself in a dark place. Luckily I managed to cement any doubt. Making my foundations strong to keep it out.

Not all have the strength to fight back. The answer seems to lie back and allow it to take over.

The lonely days seem long no end in sight. The notes are written wishing us good night.

Put the pen down I'm screaming with fear. I'm here can you see me reach out. Reach out.

Or that's what I would of said if got there in time.

I fight with my thoughts could anything of been done.

Hidden mental challenges are demons from hell.

Sucking positivity from you like your a glass of a fine w**e.

Leaving you a mess with nothing no light.
No way out nowhere to shine.

Don't let it back you in a corner. Fight back .

Make a slop of strength in a bucket of positivity. Plaster it all over your inner thoughts. Leave no gap .. no place for doubt.

In a world where you can be anything be kind.

To yourself and to others as hidden struggles may of got in.

Build a foundation together no matter how long it takes.

Stick with your survival plan. Reach out....

Plan for the future not the end.
