To mark tonight’s big match, we’ve gone behind the scenes with the wonderful who has prepared a delicious traditional Ghanaian dish for everyone to enjoy. 🇬🇭🍽️

Mavis is the sister of football legend and we’re incredibly lucky to have her as part of our team. Her talent, passion, and positivity make her a truly valued member of the BaxterStorey family. ❤️

Last Thursday, our Chef Manager Chris took inspiration from the opening FIFA World Cup fixture and created a vibrant Mexican-inspired of slow braised pork tacos m for our customers 😋

From preparation to plating, this reel captures the step-by-step process and the dedication, skill, and energy that goes into every dish served here onsite.

A huge well done to Chris for bringing the flavours of Mexico to Culham and showcasing the fantastic food culture we are proud to deliver every day.

Chris had a fantastic time celebrating at the graduation last week, and the team at put on an amazing event to recognise all of the chefs who completed the academy.

Our chef Bradley takes his time with every single batch, carefully preparing, proving and baking to perfection. From the first mix to that golden crust coming out of the oven, it’s all done with pride and patience.

It’s no surprise our bread is one of the most popular things on site — warm, fresh, and made with care 🙌

🐉🥞 Celebrating flavour and tradition today at Culham Conferencing & Catering!

Today we marked Chinese New Year and Pancake Day with a menu full of colour, flavour, and freshly prepared favourites for our guests. From vibrant dishes inspired by Lunar New Year celebrations to classic pancakes served hot and fresh — it’s been a fantastic day in the kitchen.

A big thank you to everyone who joined us today — we love bringing seasonal events and great food together.
