Yesterday’s catering - a buffet for a wake in Didcot.

Sandwiches: ultimate cheese mini subs, chicken and bacon wraps, gammon ham, egg mayo.

Snacks: quiche, sausage rolls, chicken strips, crudities, crisps.

Sweet: fruit, brownies and lemon drizzle cake.

Corporate lunch delivered today.
Here’s what was on the menu:
Bacon and brie tiger sandwiches, southern fried chicken wraps with lettuce, tomato, sweet chilli and mayo. Smoked salmon and cream cheese on sourdough, crisps, chicken strips and sausage rolls.
Followed by:
Chocolate sponge topped with chocolate ganache, white chocolate, macadamia cookies and a selection of fresh fruit.

I was very glad that the weather had cooled off for this one!

I’m baaack!

Thanks everyone for your well wishes while I was away.
May is looking fully booked with events and family birthdays and June is almost booked out too. So, if you’d like to have something delicious for your summer event get in touch asap!
