A very busy Tuesday in my kitchen! Corporate lunch followed by a celebration of life.

Lunch menu: onion bhaji wraps, beef dourdough and chicken tikka sandwiches. Sausage rolls, chicken strips, mini popadoms and chutney. Plus the sweet: jam and coconut sponge, brownies and white chocolate cookies.

White chocolate and macadamia blondies, carrot cake and cornflake tart… yes. Cornflake tart. 😋
