🚨 WE’RE OPENING! 🚨

The wait is finally over…

After months of planning, building and bringing our vision to life, we’re excited to announce that 1885 Burgers will officially be opening the doors to our new flagship restaurant at Signal Yard, Milton Park on:

📅 Monday 13th July 2026

To get the doors open as planned, we’ll be running a slightly reduced menu during our first week while we wait for the final delivery of a small amount of equipment. Rather than delay opening, we’ve decided we’d much rather welcome you in and get cooking!

Our full menu will follow shortly, but you’ll still be able to enjoy many of your 1885 favourites from day one.

This restaurant marks an exciting new chapter for us, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve created. We can’t wait to welcome both familiar faces and first-time visitors through the doors.

Whether you’re stopping by for breakfast, lunch, or simply to see the new restaurant, we’d love to see you.

A huge thank you to everyone who has supported us on this journey. We genuinely couldn’t have done it without you.

WE’RE HIRING 🍔

We’re looking for a part-time kitchen assistant to join the team at our new flagship restaurant at .yard

This is a great role for someone looking for daytime hours in a fast-paced kitchen.

Hours:
• 20–25 hours per week
• Mainly 10am–3pm (Mon–Fri)
• 1–2 Saturdays per month (not every weekend)

Pay:
• £12.21–£12.50/hour
• Paid monthly + holiday pay

What we’re looking for:
• Reliable & punctual (non-negotiable)
• Good attitude and work ethic
• Able to work at pace during busy periods

No experience needed, but kitchen experience is a bonus.

We’re a small team, so timekeeping and reliability are really important — this role suits someone looking for steady hours, not something casual.

After 4.5 incredible years at DiSH, the time has come for us to say goodbye.

We’ve been proud to be one of the original vendors and the last remaining from when DiSH first opened its doors. It’s been an amazing journey — thousands of burgers served, countless regulars turned into friends, and a community that’s supported us from day one.

Our final day at DiSH will be 28th February.

We’re hugely grateful to every single customer who’s queued in the rain, brought friends down for lunch, or made us part of their weekly routine. You’ve built this with us.

But this isn’t the end.

We’re currently mid-fit-out at our brand new site at .yard , , and we cannot wait to open our doors very soon. Bigger space. Fresh energy. Same burgers.
