I’m Sam, the owner and cook behind Keto Cymru — a small home-based business right here in Abergele.

I started Keto Cymru to make it easier for people to enjoy comforting, home-cooked meals that are keto-friendly — perfect for anyone watching carbs, managing Type 2 diabetes, or simply living a healthier lifestyle.

Every Saturday and Sunday, I cook up your favourites from our Signature Shepherd’s Pie to Chaffle Sandwiches, Keto Lasagne, and indulgent Mini Loaf Desserts.
