We are one of the few caterers in Cardiff that make merguez – the North African staple sausage!

After a family health hiatus, we are so happy to announce we are now once again making sausages!

Ready to collect/deliver Sunday 1st October

Woohoo! Thanks for all your patience guys! We have finally moved in and will be up and running for events and merguez very soon!
We have a wedding coming up in a few weeks so we'll be looking to start taking orders for merguez sausages mid to late May. Thanks to everyone who has enquired!🍽🧄

About The Med Shed

The Med Shed is the brain child of couple Claire and Nabil. Nabil brings the mediterranean passion, spice and flare with Claire helping to perfect the brand.

We still work during the week to fit around our two children. Combined we have over 32 years’ experience in hospitality, catering and customer service and aim to provide the best quality food paired with the best service.
