🤩 So this is what happened over the weekend!!! ♥ We have been working with a beautiful newly opened exclusive use venue at the banks of Loch Ness and cooked for a travel journalist and blogger, and few of his wonderful guests 🤤

Last night was truely delightful. Thank you for your help ladies! 🤩
Canapés- tomato mozzarella arancini, pea hummus crostini, haggis with sriracha mayo🌶️
Scallops served with celeriac puree, green apple and toasted hazelnuts 🐿️ 🤤 Beef Wellington with dauphinoise potatoes, braised red cabbage and parsnip puree, Chicken supremes with sweet potato mash, tomato salsa and tenderstem broccoli , roast veg lasagna, and much more with no time for taking pictures 😅

Crispy pork belly has been a favourite over this shooting season. 😋 As well as chanterelles we love to forage so much! 🍄Plus pictures of rhubarb posset, fresh snow on local hills ❄ and of course canape collection 🤤
