Taking care of a little housekeeping this week in the kitchen. Education is important and ongoing so I was so excited to renew my certificates in food safety and allergen awareness. But getting to display them in my own kitchen was a new experience for me, I am really proud of what I have achieved so far this year and can't wait to keep going!

It's not often I do these special occasion cakes anymore as they involve so much work, but I always have trouble saying no to my nieces and nephews, plus the result is definitely worth the extra effort!
