Royal Northern Spring Show - Thainstone 🌱

A great day at Thainstone on Wednesday 25th February, working alongside Esslemont Marquees to support the Royal Northern Agricultural Society Spring Show 2026.

We supplied a range of furniture across the space, including round and rectangular tables, chiavari chairs, along with bistro tables and seating areas - creating practical, well-laid-out areas for exhibitors and visitors throughout the day.

Good to work with a strong line-up including Netherton tractors, Brinicombe Agri, Lemken, Ravenhill and George Duncan Agri Solutions.

Always a well-attended event and a pleasure to be involved.

Behind the build: Blues Ball 2026 ✨

Every year we start with the same sports hall at Robert Gordon University and build it back up from scratch - always aiming to give it a slightly different look.

For this setup, our team installed 578 silver chiavari chairs and 56 round tables across the space, centred around our large wooden parquet dancefloor. Chandeliers are brought in in sections and carefully built and rigged overhead, while white columns, bespoke staging and custom signage are all put in place to frame the stage and tie everything together.

There’s a huge amount of work that goes on behind the scenes - from unloading and building to positioning and final checks. It’s not just about dropping equipment off, everything is installed properly and tested to make sure it’s all working exactly as it should.

Alongside the draping, furniture, screens and finishing details, it all comes together to completely transform the space for one night.

Blues Ball 2026 ✨

Hard to believe this is the sports hall at RGU 👀

Working alongside , we helped transform the space with staging, a large dancefloor, chandeliers, screens, draping, furniture and styling throughout.

Great to be part of this again, and really pleased with how it turned out.

It’s one of our biggest events each year and a huge amount goes on behind the scenes to bring it all together.

What a transformation…👀Our black, blue and white draping can transform almost any venue using our truss system, with structures up to 6m high.

Finished with battery uplighters, round tables, white table cloths and our silver Bentwood chairs with dark blue pads.
