Placing an order with AngelK Weddings:
After we discussed your flowers and we've come up with a design you're happy with, I will send you an official quote via email, outlining everything we've discussed with my terms and conditions. It's your responsibility to read through these T&C's thoroughly, as they are the contract which we BOTH adhere to. This quote is only open f
or 7 days...If I don't hear back from you after sending the quote, I will contact you to ensure you have received it.. If after 7 days you have not replied, the quote is deemed as closed and you will receive a QUOTE CLOSED message.
***You are free to contact me after this, to reopen your quote , and I will resend it Again, you will have 7 days to agree and pay the deposit. I then send out a PayPal invoice for the booking fee which in most cases is 30% of the total order. WHEN AND ONLY WHEN this is paid, you are booked in and you have secured your space in my order book. The booking fee is non refundable. I'm in the very lucky position to be very busy, and my order book fills up quickly, usually several months in advance.. Therefore, orders are taken on a first come first served basis and I will not hold spaces for clients unless all the above as been adhered too. If you really want to book with me but have still to sort out colours etc, it's not a problem, you can book and pay the deposit and contact me when the colours have been finalised ...I'm very easy going and happy to help in these situations....as long as it's in good time to make your bouquets !!!
