It’s True, one of the owners of The Gym now own the coffee house on our ground floor, along with Paul from and his cousin and school friend. It’s all very in house and blood is thicker than water stuff. Keeping it on the family.

Our next Gym staff trip away, we will need 4 aeroplanes incase of a delay or real emergency haha 😜 imagine how fast our cards would tumble if we got stuck in Costa Rica.

Well hello .usa

It was Wild at The Gym today. The whole place was alive with energy, was it still post tall ships buzz…. Was it the thunder or was it just a weird busy day for all our stylists and the coffee shop

Who knows but what fun everyone looked like they were having when I popped in to get lunch, after a quick clean of the bathrooms I decided It was too busy & fun to go back up to the salon.

Hope team Fable are sound asleep they were rushed off their wee feet.

This morning I was at home enjoying the garden, this evening I had dinner was with family in a hotel in Aberdeen. I’m tucked up in bed now in the big smoke at a lovely hotel, Having a late night snack and watching gogglebox. Whirlwind day, back home tomorrow. I wonder if anyone will notice I am away 🤣

Tomorrow is OUR last day of HAIR FOR 2024 and we have fortunately for all have 1 hour left available, so we have decided to offer a free gift to anyone who messages us fast and takes up the space, we could do a blow dry or two. You could pay for one and Bring a friend for free, or anyone who comes for a blow dry and pays full can have £30 or retail to take home and look after their hair. Maybe a quick toner and blow dry would fit in too and we are happy to do that for £30 tomorrow only. 🥳 Happy new year from us in advance.
