What a great night in Wagleys Bar last night. We had singer after singer non stop throughout the night. Not only that but the range of songs we heard was incredible. We had Elvis to led zeppelin and everything in between. The best part is that we get to do it all again tonight, 8pm till 1am

Tonight I’ll be shooting a promo video for my music game ‘Phoenix Jukebox Bingo’. It’ll be at the abergeldie bar on Holburn street around 10pm.

This thing started off as an idea to boost my earnings during karaoke gigs doing something a little different but it’s growing into something far bigger. Not sure how my video shooting and editing skills will be but I’ll be offering a full package of 4 games that will allow people to either boost their earnings during gigs as I’d originally intended or, if preferred, host a musical bingo event.

What is Phoenix Jukebox Bingo?
It’s a bingo game that uses music instead of numbers. Each game consists of 50 songs that are cut down into 15-30 second sound bites capturing the best sing a long parts of each song. The games are pretty fast paced and the audience is encouraged to sing along. Each ticket has 15 songs that the players must mark off to win. Trials that I’ve run so far have been very successful and it’s been consistently highly engaging for the audience. Even those that didn’t buy a ticket. I’d put money on them buying a ticket next time!
