We were deeply honored to be asked to create this bespoke floral Fender Stratocaster for the funeral of a true Aberdeen legend, Jim Strachan. 🎸

Many of you will remember Jim from his incredible 39-year career covering the Dons as the Sports Editor for the Evening Express. But alongside his love for local sports, Jim was an accomplished musician who played in bands across the city.

His family recently shared this beautiful tribute to his life in the Press and Journal, which features the floral guitar our talented florists handcrafted for his final farewell. We pour our hearts into these bespoke tributes, and it is a true privilege to help families celebrate the unique passions of their loved ones.

A little update from our garden 🌷

These are the tulips we grow ourselves for the shop. They’re looking good, but they’ll probably be about a month away from flowering, so sadly they won’t quite make it in time for Mother’s Day.
