Christmas is coming to Rosemount… and our festive menu is ready. ✨
This year we’ve created a three-course Christmas menu for £50 per person, bringing together winter flavours, Scottish produce and the style of cooking you know us for at Tarragon.
From Wild Boar Terrine with plum & toasted brioche and Traditional Cullen Skink with a warm Aberdeen rowie, to Braised Ox Cheek Pithivier, Parma Ham-Wrapped Monkfish and, of course, our Roast Turkey with all the festive trimmings.

These beautiful wild chanterelles were foraged this morning by one of our talented chefs and are now making their way into the Tarragon kitchen.
It doesn't get much fresher than this—wild, seasonal, and packed with incredible flavour.
This is what local, sustainable cooking is all about: respecting nature, celebrating Scotland's larder, and letting exceptional ingredients do the talking.

I'm incredibly proud to share that The Doric Kitchen is now streaming worldwide on Amazon Prime Video.
What began as an idea to celebrate the food, people and producers of the North East of Scotland has become a reality, and it's been an honour to co-host this journey alongside Wray Thomson.
The series takes viewers from sea to field, meeting the passionate farmers, fishermen, distillers and artisan producers who make Scottish food so special. Along the way, we cook, laugh and showcase the incredible hospitality our region is known for.
A huge thank you to Brian, whose vision and investment made the project possible, and to Wray, who brought that vision to life. It's been a privilege working with both of them and everyone involved in the production.

PORTSOY, WE’RE COMING FOR YE! ⚓️🔥
Delighted to be taking Tarragon By Graham Mitchell on the road and joining my good friend Wray Thomson once again as we reunite for The Doric Kitchen at the Scottish Traditional Boat Festival in Portsoy this Saturday.
We'll be taking to the stage at 1pm in the Wally Green Food & Drink Zone, showcasing some fantastic local produce, where i create a fish dish using Hamlyns Scottish Porridge Oats and Oatmeal and Glenglassaugh whisky, sharing a few stories, plenty of laughs and, of course, some cracking food.
If you're heading along to the festival, come by and say fit like. There’s a fantastic line-up of local chefs, producers, distillers and food businesses throughout the day.
