It’s so sad to hear that have closed its doors. I’m so glad that I was able to work there before this happened as it’s somewhere that was always on my bucket list for wedding venues!

I wish whatever comes next for such a beautiful building brings as much joy as this venue did to all of us.

I’m the extra bridesmaid fixing your veil.
The dress fluffer.
The timeline checker.
The bouquet holder.
The emergency snack finder.
The designated hype woman.
The keeper of safety pins, tissues, and calm energy.

I’ll spend your wedding day somewhere between photographer, personal assistant, and honorary member of the bridal party.

Because the best photos happen when you’re fully present and if I can help make that happen, I’m all in.

The photos are important. But so is making sure you actually enjoy the day I’m capturing.

The most wonderful day for two wonderful humans.

I’m slowly catching up on everything on social media! It’s actually wild going away between weddings like this, as if I wasn’t bad enough at keeping Instagram updated. But this was my first full day wedding of the year for the wonderful Ffion & David.

I have been lucky enough to capture their family moments before this day and I worked alongside Dave in the police so to follow this through from there is just amazing to me. What an absolute pleasure to be part of such a wonderful day, watching two amazing people SO happy makes me so emotional and I love that I’ll get to be part of so many family memories in the future.

The last 3 weeks have been amazing. I started off my full day wedding season, second shot for a good friend and spent 10 days in Canada, returning straight into the most beautiful wedding yesterday.

I’m still backing up from yesterday as I’m back on my old laptop but I’ll be back on editing all this week before heading off to London Saturday for a wonderful pre wedding session with one of my couples and flying to Tuscany Sunday for my first destination wedding of the year next week.

I do keep having to pinch myself that this is currently my reality and I feel so lucky.

August couples, you’ll start receiving emails next month with questionnaires and invoices in time for your big days and I’ll be posting my editing queue at the end of this week for anyone who is still waiting on galleries, however I’ll try and get through most of outstanding this week!

Here’s a throwback to my Cappadocia trip as I’m feeling very nostalgic about how amazing this trip felt. I’ll definitely be needing to do this again 🥹

DENI & OWEN | The countdown is on until we get on a plane to celebrate this beautiful pair in Tuscany. Im so excited to be part of such a wonderful few days and to be in a slightly warmer place than we were on this day! OUT OF OFFICE IS ON ❣️

I am now out of office for the next 10 days while I go back to my second home. I’ll be taking my laptop and still doing bits when I get a chance, mostly in the airport and on the plane but I’ll be on limited WiFi so won’t have consistent access to my emails and messages.

Everything at the moment is up to date and I will be contactable but I may be slower at replies.

I do have a lovely editing queue and I’ll be making my way through this but I’ll be back officially on May 29th!

Why details matter in my opinion -

The portraits will always hold a special place, but the detail shots tell the full story. The carefully chosen florals, the handwritten stationery, the candlelight, the textures, the little touches that might seem small to everyone else are often the pieces that took months of thought, planning and love to bring together.

Behind every detail is countless hours spent refining ideas, making decisions, changing plans, trusting creative visions and pouring intention into a day that feels completely and authentically them.

Capturing those details matters just as much as capturing the couple, because they’re a reflection of who they are and everything they dreamed this day would be. And getting to witness it all finally come to life exactly as imagined? That part never gets old 🥹
