Hello all, hope you are all well & have had a great summer?

But more importantly, are you ready for our favourite time of year..... CHRISTMAS!!! With the big day just 99 days away, here in The North Pole, Team BING are busy putting together our Christmas 2022 packages and availability for you to be able to book your very own BING The Elf home visit. As soon as this planning work is finished & ready to share with you all, we will let you know on our social media pages.... we won't be long we promise....

On a serious note, all at Team BING realise & appreciate that unfortunately the world & economical climate is very, very different to that of last year. To ensure that a special visit from BING The Elf is affordable to as many people as possible this year, we are working really hard to minimise package cost increases.

So with this in mind, if you were one of the lucky customers that experienced a BING home visit last year, or you are potentially looking to book a package this year & have any ideas or suggestions as to what you would like to see in our 2022 packages, then drop us a private message & we will see what we can do......

Finally, if you are part of a sports team, a community group or an organisation that may be interested in booking a BING The Elf visit for your Christmas event, get in touch with us ASAP to discuss options and availability. Last year we had to turn away so many groups & organisations that left it too late to book.... get in touch!!

Hello all, this is Team BING writing here!!

With Christmas nearly over & 2022 only a few hours away, we thought now would be a great time to tie up some loose ends and close down BING The Elf for 2021..... but don't worry, after a couple of months sleeping, BING will be back next year to meet all you lucky people again, and we cannot wait!! Who knows what Christmas offerings BING will have for you all in 2022??

But before we do, there are quite a few thanks we would like to make:

- First of all we would like to thank Leanne from Pan's Prints for designing, arranging & printing all our Team BING clothing!! We cannot recommend Leanne enough and will definitely be using Pan Prints again in the future!!

- Next I would like to say a huge "Thank You" to Jon & Alison from Pobdesign. They were both amazing, understanding and professional in all the graphic work they did for us this year - this including our BING The Elf 2021 keepsake graphic which was really popular!! If you are looking for any graphic or web design work, BING without doubt recommends Pobdesign, you will not be disappointed!! Cheers guys... (local business too)

- Next we would like to thank the 'eyes' of BING, without these little helpers BING would have fallen in someone's hedge and probably still be stuck... BING's visibility is that bad, honestly..... So a massive 'Thank You' to Kacey, Ella, Erin & Summer, you were all awesome!!! If anyone is looking for some reliable, hard working, punctual teenagers for any jobs you may have, I would absolutely recommend these.... although we want them back for next December ok!!!

Finally, a big 'Thank You' to all of you, our customers!! As a lot of you know, this was a totally new personal venture for me & it has been a steep learning curve on times. However what I can say as I sit here writing this, is that we have not received a single piece of negative feedback from anyone!!! It has all been fantastic, positive feedback (look at our reviews) which has made the last few months all worth it, the very late nights and long days worth it many times over. Also a big 'Thank You' for all of you that donated towards our Salvation Army appeal, they were most appreciative when we dropped the parcels off on Wednesday 22nd December. Next year we will be doing this again, only bigger, so that we can help more families in our communities!!

So, when all is said and done, its time to let BING sleep for a few months now, ready to go again next year!!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Team BING Christmas week announcement 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Morning all, from a very snowy, but extremely busy North Pole where Team BING are all flat out working, getting ready for the sleigh-full of visits we have planned between now and Christmas Eve to all you lucky people!!

With that in mind, we thought it may be helpful for all of us if we just put these little updates out below to ensure the week runs as smoothly as the past few have: -

- Over the next few days, all our available visit slots have been taken and booked, unfortunately we are now unable to offer any more visits from BING, we are fully booked!!
- If you are one of the lucky families/groups to have already booked your visit, we will 100% be attending your visit. However we need your help to ensure we keep everyone safe, therefore we would appreciate all your help with this please! If you are feeling unwell, have ANY Covid symptoms, are awaiting Covid test results or have been advised to isolate, please let us know ASAP!
- When you booked you will have been given a visit slot date & time, at present we are arriving in these time slots for all visits. However as this week goes on we know traffic & other factors outside of our control will increase the chances of BING's schedule running a little behind on times will also increase. Please don't panic or have concerns if we are a little late for your visit, if you have booked and received a booking confirmation from us, we will 100% be attending your booking. We appreciate your help & understanding on this matter.
- As Team BING are now out on visits all day, our ability to reply to your messages (email & Social) means that we are not picking these messages until late at night. If your message is important, please can you call/message Team BING on 07920060261 where we will be happy to help.
- Some of our packages include a keepsake photo of your child's visit from BING. Our target is to get these photos over to you within 24 hours. Over the next few days, as a result of the sheer volume of visits we have booked in, this timeframe may extend slightly. But you have our word that we will get them over to you ASAP!!
- Finally, all the feedback we are getting from customers who have attended an event with BING or had a home visit from BING is fantastic - just look at your reviews on our page!! We are more than happy for you to capture as many of the memories of your child with BING as you want, if you are popping them up on your social media account, don't forget to give our BING page a tag too!!

In the meantime, we hope your preparations for the big day are going to plan.....

It's been another very busy day & night for Team BING, we really are in full flow now with all our booked visits, but also new bookings are still flowing through to us here in the North Pole all day & night!!

Wow, what a day it has been again for Team BING today, the visits are definitely coming thick & fast now & we love it!!

Amongst many other things today we have visited Hirwaun Community Events HCE 'Dear Santa' event, where we met & chatted to loads of local children & had plenty of photo's with them!!

It was then onto lots of family home visits, where we met some amazing young children & their families, all of which were in the festive spirit and spreading lots of the Christmas magic - amazing to see, feel and luckily enough be part off - we love our role!!

We then finished off our crazily busy day with an amazing entire street visit in Aberaman!! Luckily the weather held off for an hour and all the children, families & neighbours could get together in the street, have plenty of photos, share the chocolate treats that BING brought & again, just spread all the positivity and magic this time of year brings!! It was a busy one, but all the children & parents loved it - (Photo's to follow once customer's give consent)

All of us here at Team BING would also like to give a huge shout out to all the residents of Danyderi Street, Aberaman for their incredible generosity and support of our latest initiative - Helping the Salvation Army Aberdare. Whilst we would have been more than happy with a small donation, collectively as a street they have given us bags & bags of items, all of which will be donated to Salvation Army Aberdare in the run up to Christmas to help those who may otherwise go without! - See the photo!! Remember, if you would also like to help support our initiative this Christmas, just let Team BING know when we visit you, & we will be more than happy to collect your donation.

🌟🌟🌟 (Serious message) - Please can you help us? 🌟🌟🌟

Team BING is extremely saddened to hear of lengthy queues of people & families outside local food banks within the Cynon Valley in recent days. Simply put, this should not be happening in the 21st century & we want to help!! We also understand that these food banks are running low on many things & are crying out for items to make up food/Christmas hampers for people.
Here at Team BING, we want to do everything we can to help those within our communities this Christmas, and this is where we need your help, please!!
Over the coming weeks we have a vast amount of BING visits booked into homes & businesses up & down the Cynon Valley & further afield. We know that if in only a fraction of these visits, you can afford to donate a tin of something, or a packet of dry foods etc, then collectively between us all, we would make a difference to families that may otherwise go without this year. - Team BING will also be contributing to this collection!!

We want to stress that there is absolutely no pressure or expectation from Team BING for you to give anything, however if you would like too, we will ensure that everything we collect up to the days before Christmas is delivered to the Salvation Army centre in Aberdare for them to distribute out!!
We are literally putting this proposal together as we speak, we will make contact with the centre in the morning to sort out the details etc. But in the meantime, we want to get the word out there!!
Even if you are reading this post and haven't got a BING visit booked. We are almost certain that we will be in your area at some point in the next 2 weeks. So if you would like to help, please get in touch with us and we can arrange to come and collect your items.

We are receiving reports here at Team BING HQ, deep in the North Pole that a very large music concert, planned for the weekend before Christmas has been abruptly cancelled, causing thousands of parents the headache of what to do with their families now instead!!

Here at Team BING, we are always ready & willing to help out in any awful situation, this one is no different!! So after a quick team meeting & with immediate effect, we have now added 2 NEW ENTIRE DAYS of visit slots to our very, very full diary!! The dates that we now have additional availability for are Friday 17th & Saturday 18th December - remember, a lot of schools break up on the 17th December, so why not book the little ones a little treat!!

If demand follows recent trends, we do not expect this new availability to be around for long, so don't delay & get in touch today!!

🎅🎅🎅 Are you getting excited, because we are!!! 🎅🎅🎅

With only 19 days until Christmas, time is quickly running out to get your BING The Elf home visit!! The good news is, there is enough time to get booked, but be quick!!

We are receiving some amazing feedback from all our visits, the families we are visiting are absolutely loving BING - don't let your little ones miss out!!

We have dates available from now right up to Christmas Eve, but with new confirmed bookings coming in constantly, there are only a handful left for the entire Christmas week & only ONE VISIT FOR XMAS EVE!!

With so many bookings confirmed & amazing visits lined up over the next few weeks, it is highly likely you may see BING on the way to one of your neighbours, if you do, be sure to wave & say 'Hi' to us!! 😀

Well what an incredibly busy, but extremely rewarding day it has been again for Team BING today! But most importantly it has been a truly MAGICAL DAY for the boys & girls or RCT that BING The Elf has visited. How do we know that? - because you are telling us how much your loving your visits!!!

Over the coming days we have sleigh-full of BING visits lined up, ranging from house visits, to play-schemes & entire streets!! It shouldn't come as a surprise to you, but BING is so excited to be meeting all you lovely people, that he is not sleeping very well at the moment because he is just too excited for the next visits!!

Bookings are continuing to come in all day, every day with Christmas week look VERY BUSY to say the least!! As we write this message from our office in the North Pole, the only visit slots we have available for Thursday 23rd & Friday 24th (Christmas Eve ) are as follows: -

Thursday 23rd - 9am, 9.45am & between 12pm - 3pm
Friday 24th - 9.30am & 2.45pm

Well its official here are Team BING HQ in the North Pole - Christmas has officially started!!! 😀😀😀

Over the last few days BING has started to visit the lovely children of RCT, where he has had a great time meeting everyone!! On the visits he is letting the children know that he will be keeping a very close eye on them in the run up to Christmas Day, & depending on how they behave depends on whether they have presents or a lump of coal off Santa come Christmas Day!!
