A wedding budget rarely slips on one big decision. It slips on a long list of small ones. 📋

The rule on slide 4 sorts them. Here is how to use it. 📍

Take your quotes, line by line. Next to each, write G if your guests will feel it. Y if only you will notice. 📄

G lines are protected. Coordination, photography, food and service. Set these first, and leave them alone when the total climbs.
Y lines are where you simplify. Not remove. One menu per table instead of one per plate. Favours guests will use that evening, or none. ✅

Then allow yourself one exception. A single Y line you would regret cutting. Name it now, so it stays a choice and not a drift.
