Carving out the time in our busy mid-season schedules is exhausting but so satisfying & rewarding when you hold a space & share an incredible experience with a beautiful group of like minded soul led entrepreneurs!

Ending the morning with inspiring chats in the most welcoming wellness environment with Mathilde. Thoughts & ideas flowed amongst the water, steam, sauna & cold plunge! Before finally soaking up some much needed vitamin D on the sun drenched terrace with a glass or two of vin for balance ⚖️

Until our next get together & adventure on snowshoes/ski touring and not forgetting the wine tasting ♎️

It was a spicy session today to release the psoas, hips, glutes! All the feels to loosen up & get stronger together & outdoors to run free & prepare for sunny mad March skiing & the fast approaching surf & tennis seasons🤸🏽‍♀️

Hands down or strapped, with much anticipation & wait to find the right time to try … I have finally joined the REFORMER PILATES band wagon or carriage!

There was no doubt I was going to get hooked as soon as I tried it once! I love my mat work but I can’t wait to see where this journey of springs takes my mind, body & soul! Slightly terrified to see where we go but equally very excited for a new direction & exploration of further strength we can gain to support our daily lives & pressures!

What an hour, it ran away and felt like no time at all had passed, I would have stayed all afternoon!

SKI VAL 2016 was monumental for the conception of LUTZE LIFE, firstly I met .michael for the push I needed & one I will never forget. Beyond grateful even if you haven’t been back to since 2017!

No words will ever do justice for the joy & opportunities you gave me & everyone that was lucky enough to cross paths with a true legend! As I witness dads & grandfathers give their all into bringing their kids skiing & watching the pure love & devotion into teaching little ones to ski - it reminds me heavily of our ski trips to Tignes, Italy, the states and countless summer holidays, sporting moments & adventures with you!
