Boys’ moments - Starting at getting ready to minutes away from saying “I do”.

A sunny morning in Megève, a chalet full of his favourite people, and a groom who couldn’t stop smiling.

Cufflinks on, boutonnière pinned by his dad, a sweet note from his bride-to-be. Then a toast with the boys, a stroll through the village, and a quick ride on their shoulders before heading to the ceremony.

Some mornings are just pure joy. This was one of them.

It’s Friday night… and somewhere, a wedding is about to begin 🍋

There’s something magical about the evening before a wedding. Everyone’s finally together, the nerves turn into excitement, and the rehearsal dinner sets the tone for everything to come.

For this one at Direction Martinay, we went full citrus: lemons scattered down a long white table, terracotta pots of fresh herbs, flickering candles, all set against the golden stone of the château at sunset. It’s fresh, it’s bright, and it’s a little different from what you’d usually expect.

And the best part? Our bride designed the stationery herself. Lemon-shaped place cards, oval menus, every detail thought through. She even picked out the yellow napkins to tie it all together. 💛

When a couple brings this much heart into the details, our job becomes pure joy.

Some ceremonies just stop you in your tracks.

For this one at Château de Varennes, we wanted an arch that felt like it was still in motion: an open, asymmetric crescent floating in front of the château instead of framing it.

The incredible Florésie - Laetitia Mayor brought it to life with a soft ombré of buttery carnations, blush hydrangeas and peach carnations, melting into white roses, clouds of tinted gypsophila and pink roses resting on moss. Cascades of white amaranthus add movement, as if the arch were gently falling into the scene.

Down the aisle, low flower meadows of hydrangeas, agapanthus, delphinium and roses lined the ghost chairs, keeping every eye on the couple.

And then… THAT kiss. Petals in the air, guests cheering, and a dip straight out of a movie. We’re still not over it.

A little corner of Havana under the stars ✨

For a groom with Cuban roots, the evening couldn’t end without a nod to home. So we created a cigar lounge in the château courtyard: vintage Chesterfield sofas, a brass bar cart with crystal tumblers and a decanter of amber spirits, candlelit lanterns, and a selection of fine ci**rs.

The detail I’m most proud of: I peeled off the original bands of all 150 ci**rs by hand, one by one, and replaced each with a custom label bearing the couple’s monogram. Hours of work for a touch most guests won’t consciously notice, but that’s exactly the kind of detail that makes a space feel truly theirs. 🤍

A quiet place to slow down, raise a glass to family and heritage, and let the night stretch on beneath the string lights. Because the best weddings tell the story of who you are and where you come from. 🇨🇺

Back to where it all feels like a fairytale!

I’m thrilled to announce that my first wedding of the 2027 season will take place here, at the breathtaking Château de Saint-Martin-du-Tertre, and I already can’t wait to return.

Some venues are beautiful. This one takes your breath away at every turn. Honey-coloured stone and slate roofs rise above the lawns, a pair of stone lions guards the steps, and topiaries sit in carved urns along the balustrades. Inside, a sweeping white staircase leads up to corridors of marble columns and checkerboard floors, with crystal chandeliers glowing all the way to the tall windows. Then there’s that painted sky ceiling above the fireplace, which makes you look up every single time.

And just when you think you’ve seen it all, the park reveals its most romantic secret: a stone rotunda with a statue at its heart, framed by old trees. I can already picture a ceremony there.

It’s the kind of place that only needs a little help to become magical: the right flowers, the right light, the right people. I’m so excited to bring this couple’s vision to life here, just outside Paris.

7,000 of you. Thank you, and nice to finally meet you! 🤍

I’m Aurélie, but most of you know me as Ellie, the face behind Peony Moments.

I come from a big family, so weddings have always been part of my life. From flower girl to bridesmaid… and this year, to bride. That little girl who always dreamt of weddings finally got to marry the love of my life.

A wedding day is pure happiness, and being part of the most beautiful day of someone’s life is the greatest privilege. Living it on the other side made me love my job even more. I now know exactly how it feels to trust someone with that day, and it’s a responsibility I take to heart. Every wedding I plan gets the same care, attention and love I wanted for my own. My goal is simple: to turn your dream wedding into a day that feels completely, beautifully yours.

Thank you for following along, for every like, message and kind word. And a big welcome to all my new followers, I’m so happy to have you here! This community means more to me than you know.

When the venue is already this beautiful, let the flowers follow its lines 🌿🤍

An alley of cypress trees, white gravel and dappled summer light. This ceremony didn’t need an arch or a backdrop: the trees were already the cathedral. So instead of building a focal point, we designed with the setting and let the flowers grow along both sides of the aisle, drawing every eye down the alley to the couple.

We wanted it to feel as if the garden had simply bloomed for the day. Low, loose meadows sat right on the gravel, with stems spilling out at different heights. White hydrangeas, lisianthus, roses and alliums were layered with lime paniculata hydrangeas, so the white kept its depth in the shade. Touches of burgundy amaranthus, sanguisorba, blush stock and ochre tones brought a little warmth and earth, echoing the soil and the summer heat. White alliums floated above it all, catching the light.

Romantic white wrought-iron chairs stayed light against the dark cypress. The bride’s bouquet stayed quiet on purpose: just white tulips, loose and elegant, so she stood out against the meadow.

When the setting speaks for itself, the best design is the one that listens. 🤍

How to dress up a white room: la vie en rose, with pops of orange and purple 🌸🍊💜

A white room is the best blank canvas, and also the easiest to leave looking flat. Here is how we turned this one into a rosy daydream:

1. Start with blush, not white. Pale pink linens and napkins warm the whole room up instantly. White on white disappears; blush on white glows.

2. Let the ceiling do the romance. Soft draping and crystal chandeliers give the light something to play with, so the room feels like it is blushing too.

3. Add warmth with texture. Cane-back chairs in honey wood stop all that softness from floating away.

4. Layer your pinks. Blush linens, rosy ribbed tumblers, cut crystal, gold cutlery. Same family, different depths.

5. Bring in the pops. Tangerine ranunculus and coral sweet peas for energy, lilac and deep purple for depth. Scatter them in bud vases down the table so the colour dances instead of shouting.

6. Let the candles join in. Tapers in lilac, peach and pink carry the palette up to eye level.

7. Finish with one big moment. Floral columns behind the top table and a meadow growing at the end of the aisle: roses, hydrangeas, orchids and alliums in every shade of the story.

The rule of thumb: pink sets the mood, orange brings the joy, purple adds the depth. White just holds it all together. 🤍

A fairytale ending to the season at Château de la Napoule 🤍

Some weddings stay with you long after the last candle burns out, and this one is at the very top of the list.

October on the French Riviera: soft golden light, the Mediterranean at their feet, and a medieval castle glowing under thousands of fairy lights. E & A said « I do » by the sea, surrounded by the people they love most.

She was breathtaking in Galia Lahav, all lace, tulle and a veil that seemed to go on forever. He brought a piece of his Cuban heritage to the Riviera with a cigar bar tucked into a corner of leather Chesterfields and candlelight, easily the most popular spot of the night.

White calla lilies, satin linens, crystal chandeliers hanging beneath the stars, and a dance floor that didn’t empty until the very end.

But what made this day truly unforgettable was them. The kindest, warmest, most generous couple we could have dreamed of closing our season with. Thank you for trusting us with your day!
