Such a lot of Snow! Enjoying a lovely day ski touring/ dog walking after a busy few weeks! We are looking forward to seeing lots of returners and many new clients too in the next few weeks in a very snowy Peisey-Vallandry!!

Definitely the best coffee and cafe In town @ Pause...yum!! Last few rays of sunshine before the snow storm arrived and it’s looking like it’s here to stay, we are talking big quantities of the white fluffy stuff.. perhaps a mètre this week... Amazing!!!!

Amazing Week at the galley gang cookery workshop in Antibes. Learnt loads and gained hundreds of new ideas and heaps of inspiration. Massive thank you to Jemma funi Harrison for creating such an incredible event on your first attempt and for finding such fun, humble and talented chefs happy to share their ways and knowledge. I have been cooking in Chalets for the last 15 years and set up Chloe's Cuisine 10 years ago to offer a small, professional, friendly service to guests skiing in Vallandry.
I now have a team of lovely hosts who come to your chalet to accommodate all of your holiday catering needs, so all you have to do is enjoy your ski holiday without worrying about shopping, cooking and washing up!
I have put together several different options of catering so you can pick and mix depending on your needs and budget.

Hot Chocolate Brownie with hot chocolate sauce and ice cream. We get asked for the recipe almost every time one of our guests tastes this. It is divine.

The best Beef Bourguignon, slow cooked all day long and served with mustard mashed potato and green beans. Available as a main meal with the full catering package, or our evening only menu, or as a large dish delivered to your chalet.
