A&S are American - as are most of our couples - but the twist is that they live in Paris. And as locals would do, they opted for a typically Parisian (sans Eiffel Tower) setting of the Palais Royal for pre-ceremony photos. After their “I do”s at the American Church of Paris, the photographer snapped a few photos on the beautiful Alexandre III bridge on the way to the reception.

There’s no better way to kick off a Paris wedding weekend than a boat cruise on the Seine. A&S gathered their friends and family for a festive cocktail party complete with colorful flowers, friends who understood the dress code assignment, and the monuments of Paris as the backdrop.

On a perfect summer day P&D joyfully celebrated their marriage on top of a mountain in Switzerland. Their wedding venue offered stunning views and was definitely worth the planes, trains, funiculars, gondolas and 4x4s required to reach it!

We first met P&D in 2022 at a wedding they were attending - and we were planning - in Provence. When it was their turn to get married, they put an incredible amount of thought and intention into their plans, and we were delighted to be a part of it. The couple loved spending time in the elegant mountain town of Crans-Montana, Switzerland, where the groom’s family has ties. During one of their stays, they decided that it would be a meaningful and fitting destination for their wedding celebration. The welcome event kicked off the wedding festivities and paid homage to the groom’s Sephardic roots with a henna ceremony - and of course sweets and dancing!

The cornerstone of the design for L&T’s wedding was the charming hand drawn illustration from . The motif was a main element of the couple’s invitaiton suite, and we knew it needed to be worked into the rest of the decor plan. The bride was a big fan of patterned linens, so it made perfect sense to have custom tablecloths made!

Just as T&C were about to go outside for their first look, a rogue downpour started. I will never forget the look of panic on the bride’s face and I immediately blurted out “It’s not a washout!”

Mercifully the storm passed quickly. And thankfully the chairs were plexiglass. With a a few turns of the squeegee and the return of the sun, everything was back in order for a beautiful ceremony in the gardens of the !

It was a miracle that the floral installations by .vitchen were no worse for the wear - we loved the unique modern-yet-romantic vibe of the structures.

And thanks to the charm of and team, they were able to capture this fantastic shot from a kind hotel guest’s room.

A year ago - nearly to the day - we were heading to the seaside town of Cassis. As are most of the weddings we plan, K&P’s South of France wedding was a multi-day celebration. Day 1 started with a laid-back welcome luncheon, which was a great way to kick off the festivities and let guests have a relaxing pre-wedding evening.
