We wrapped up November with a standout event, bringing together a global audience for a high-impact product launch at Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center.

With participants travelling from across Europe and East Asia, the Sheraton’s location at Schiphol Airport proved the ideal choice for a seamless arrival experience.

A big thank you to our partners, Elisa De Ridder & Eva Raphalen at Sheraton Amsterdam Airport Hotel and Conference Center, for their continued support throughout the project.

To close a successful business year, we hosted a Gala Dinner surrounded by nature at Restaurant Lieveling, a warm, characterful venue where guests could unwind, connect, and celebrate after a full day of meetings.

Daphne Hoogland and the team at Lieveling, your professionalism and hospitality played a key role in the success of the evening.

Stefan Ionescu was onsite throughout the event, ensuring everything ran smoothly from first arrivals to the final wrap-up.

Arrivederci, Olbia! Our 6-day internal healthcare event in the stunning coastal town of Olbia in Sardinia was a huge success.

Hosted at Delta Hotels by Marriott Olbia, the program included daily meetings, breakout sessions and thoughtfully prepared private lunches and coffee breaks, all designed to support focused discussion and connection.

The experience extended beyond the meeting rooms with two memorable offsite dinners:
• Pasigà Restaurant at Sulià House Porto Rotondo, Curio Collection by Hilton, offering refined Sardinian cuisine with breathtaking views over the Gulf of Cugnana.folle

We’re back from the City of Lights! ✨

Last week we had the pleasure of organising a 4-day event in the beautiful city of Nice for a biopharmaceutical company committed to advancing healthcare through innovation and improving patient lives.

From the Gala Dinner at the DoubleTree Iconic rooftop to three days of carefully planned meetings, breakout sessions and coffee breaks, every detail was designed to foster collaboration and connection. The event concluded with a team-building wine-tasting evening, offering a perfect setting to celebrate shared goals and achievements.

While in San Francisco for a meeting, Stefan Ionescu took the opportunity to visit The Clancy, Autograph Collection, one of the newest downtown hotels (opened in 2020).

With a 7 minute walk to Moscone Center, The Clancy offers excellent business group facilities and natural daylight in all meeting rooms, making it one of our top picks for our 2025 healthcare events schedule in SF.

Thanks to Josh Ortiz for the extensive tour and for projecting our event vision on-site.
