🛎️Showroom Operations & Front Desk Coordinator
-Assist with daily setup and setdown of the showroom (furniture layout, deliveries, overall order).
-Ensure rules of the space are followed (noise, cleanliness, access control).

Act as the main point of contact in the entry hall:
-Welcome guests,
-Check appointments,
-Direct traffic smoothly.
-Support team cohesion among sales staff, freelancers, and external partners.
-Coordinate daily tasks for interns and junior support staff, ensuring -productivity and professionalism.
-Monitor guest flow and help create a calm, well-managed showroom environment.
-Liaise with vendors, clients, and team members during install and pack-down phases.
-Help maintain a professional and organized atmosphere throughout the showroom period.
-Languages: French, English

🛍️Showroom seller :
-Present the collection to buyers and partners, providing detailed product knowledge and brand storytelling.
-Guide clients through the line, noting preferences and feedback while highlighting key styles and commercial opportunities.
-Take notes and input orders during appointments (Joor or Brandboom, TBC), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
-Work closely with the sales lead to support appointment prep and follow-up.
-Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom space.
-Ensure samples are well-presented and properly merchandised throughout the day.
-Assist with buyer check-in/out when needed and coordinate appointment flow with the front desk.
-Support a positive, collaborative team atmosphere in the showroom.
-Be prepared to adapt and assist where needed during busy periods, setup, or pack-down
-Languages: English, any additional languages considered a plus

We are looking for 1 showroom seller only. Ideally someone with multiple years of showroom experience of both Menswear and Womenswear brands, familiar with order collection platforms like Joor for example. Independent enough to be able to present and sell the collection to buyers after the appointment is handed over to them after the initial business conversation.
We would do training & collection briefing either the day before or the morning of the 1st day of the showroom.

Melissa Regan Agency est une agence d’événementielle possédant un portefeuille de lieux à privatiser à la fois singulier et de haut-standing. L’agence reçoit 250 événements par an et connaît les enjeux qu’un événement représente dans la stratégie d’une entreprise que ce soit dans le milieu de la mode, de l’art ou du design.

MR Agency se développe dans la gestion de pop-up au sein d’hôtels de luxe. Pour cette première opération, nous sommes honorés d’organiser un premier concept store au Ritz.

Description du poste

MR Agency recherche un stagiaire doté d’une personnalité pétillante et affirmée !

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous sommes en quête d'assistants retail à temps plein, temps partiel.
Passionné (ée) par la mode, vous possédez un excellent sens du contact et vous avez un goût prononcé pour l'industrie du luxe et, plus particulièrement, la joaillerie et le prêt-à-porter. Dans un environnement multiculturel, vous conseillerez une clientèle parisienne et internationale.

Vous serez ainsi ambassadeur de notre société et assurerez le niveau d'exigence des différentes marques proposées.

Vos missions consisteront à :

Contribuer activement au travail d'équipe et à la vie du point de vente
Refléter et représenter les marques présentes
Développer les KPI's ventes
Aider lors des changements de merchandising
Fidéliser avec élégance et simplicité une clientèle parisienne et internationale exigeante

As Paris Haute Couture comes to an end, that’s a wrap for June Paris Fashion Week 2022. Working on the best fashion event had us reminiscing about other Fashion Weeks since the COVID Pandemic. Check out our latest article about how Fashion Week has changed since 2020 and how June Paris Fashion Week 2022 looked.

After the breakout, designers channeled their frustrations into their craft and showcased their designs mostly online, with very limited in person attendance trickling in as the seasons came. March 2022 was the first official Fashion Week back, bringing Americans back to the City of Lights. June 2022 brought back Australians and a new energy, as spectators were eager to return.

Offrant une expérience accueillante, spirituelle et sensorielle à tous ceux qui s'intéressent à la préservation et à la conservation de l'eau, Aqua Mater provoque une expérience dépaysante et magique à travers les photographies de Sebastiao Salgado dans une structure éco responsable réalisée par Simon Velez située à Paris La Défense.

D'une superficie de 1000m2, le pavillon accueillant l'exposition est une structure entièrement réalisée en Guada, un épais bambou qui pousse en abondance dans les zones humides colombiennes.

MR Agency est fière de vous annoncer sa collaboration avec l’exposition du photographe Sebastiao Salgado « Aqua Mater » dans une structure de l’architecte Simón Vélez entièrement faite de bambou.
