Huge love to the Sam Sam WRLD gang.

Their best Block Party yet I think.

I managed to score some RJD2 source material.

I’m gonna be back down those parts soon for a marathon 7 hour
vinyl only back 2 back. More on that soon.

Peace

This one…

End of the night business, tops off, feel good, everything’s gonna be alright type of tune.

One that brings all the Balearic silverbacks out from hibernation.

A quick one here, something i picked up recently in London... a £4 bargain bin record, I was aware of the artist but not the track, so I gave it a listen...

And the sample JUMPED OUT the headphones at me! From a track that’s followed me around most of this spring/summer.

An old photograph from the day I did the Brutal Events Extreme Triathlon in Wales.

I’m trying to get back into that frame of mind again as in a couple of weeks I’ll be running London Marathon....

In February I had a couple of minor leg surgeries, but yesterday the doctor gave me the go ahead to take part in the race. I can’t wait as running London has always been a bucket list thing for me.
Les Gooooooooo !

All this is part of an attempt to get somewhere near Ironman level fitness once again, as in August I’m gonna be heading to Norway to take part in the the Norseman. lol
