An old photograph from the day I did the Brutal Events Extreme Triathlon in Wales.
I’m trying to get back into that frame of mind again as in a couple of weeks I’ll be running London Marathon....
In February I had a couple of minor leg surgeries, but yesterday the doctor gave me the go ahead to take part in the race. I can’t wait as running London has always been a bucket list thing for me.

All this is part of an attempt to get somewhere near Ironman level fitness once again, as in August I’m gonna be heading to Norway to take part in the the Norseman. lol
