‘Tina and I could not have found a better day-of coordinator. To provide some background, we are based in the US, didn’t speak a single word of french, and attempted to plan this ceremony all on our own. As you probably can guess, this was no easy feat.
The better question is what couldn’t Mel do? For us, she was an extension of us in Paris, helping us liaise with all of our french vendors, ensuring our vision was true, and our source of truth for every part of the ceremony. She mentioned that she was excited to work with the ‘dream team’, but in reality, the ‘dream team’ wouldn’t have even existed without her, much like a coach to a team of superstars. From early morning meetings (due to time zone differences), to coordination across all our vendors and attendees, to resolving some unfortunate issues we encountered with the late night staff, she executed everything perfectly.
If you’re looking for a reliable, fun, and inspirational day-of coordinator in Paris, there is no better person.
