Alain Marty is WST CEO and Wine & Business Club founder.

The first edition of WST - International Trade Fair will take place in Reims (France) from March 12th to 14th, 2023. This professional meeting will gather 300 exhibitors including 25% French and 75% international from more than 25 wine and spirits producing countries (Italy, Spain, China, USA, Chile, Argentina, Australia, New Zealand, Portugal, Cuba, Scotland…) for 3 days. WST will welcome more th

an 1,000 international buyers (tour operators, travel agencies, event agencies) as well as a BtoB clientele, buyers of trips and corporate stays such as CEO’s, CMO’s, incentive agencies or tasting club’s presidents. Grandson of a Catalan winegrower, Alain created his first company in China 25 years ago. He’s also the radio show « In Vino » producer and host (broadcasted on BFM business Tv, then on Sud Radio) and the author of the book « Œnotourisme & spiritueux en France et dans le monde ».

Spirit of Manchester Distillery opened during the Covid 19 pandemic, as most bars & tourism spots started to close they started producing hand sanitiser. 👋🏻

And now they are thriving, they distill their own MANCHESTER gin, vodka, rum and their leaping into the whisky market too! 🥃

Taken from their website ‘In five years we have grown from a dining room distillery, to a state-of-the-art home of spirits in the city centre.’

Plus their bar that adjoins the distillery Three Little Words is tipped to be an evening hot-spot to enjoy a drink after work.

Here we explore their Cuban brand Havana Club. 🇨🇺 Created in Cuba in 1934 and Produced by Maestros del Ron Cubano following traditional Cuban methods. It is distilled using a two column continuous method from molasses and then aged in ex-Bourbon casks which are recharged prior to each filling.

And did you know, this popular brand now has its own museum in La Habana, Cuba.

Behind the exhibitor 🔍
