A new chef joins the YES! Event Riviera team. 👨‍🍳

Meet Alessio, an Italian chef trained at hospitality school and at ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine.

Throughout his career, he has worked alongside renowned Michelin-starred chefs including Giuseppe D’Aquino, Giovanni Croce, Georges Blanc and Bruno Oger. Alongside Bruno Oger, he also took part in several prestigious opening gala dinners for the Cannes Film Festival.

His cuisine reflects his journey: refined, generous and Mediterranean, blending Italian influences, French gastronomy and the flavours of the South.

An elegant and warm approach to private dining, perfectly suited to villas, intimate dinners and premium events.

For the evening, we took care of the cocktail experience, with a dedicated bar and a selection of cocktail bites designed to complement the conversations and the experience surrounding the brand.

A beautiful setting just steps away from La Croisette, a great atmosphere, and another memorable evening at the heart of one of Cannes’ major international events.

Plus de 50 candidatures étudiées, 3 chefs rencontrés… et une belle rencontre. 👨‍🍳✨

Aujourd’hui, nous avons envie de mettre en lumière Marco Mattana, l’un des chefs qui fait partie de l’équipe YES! EVENT RIVIERA.

Formé à la Gambero Rosso Academy, Marco a construit son parcours entre l’Italie et la Côte d’Azur. À Nice, il a notamment été aux commandes du restaurant Epiro, sélectionné par le Guide Michelin.

Ce qui nous a séduits chez lui ? Une cuisine élégante, généreuse et précise, une attention particulière portée aux produits et une identité culinaire profondément inspirée par la Méditerranée et l’Italie. 🤍

Chez YER, nous avons fait le choix de nous entourer de plusieurs chefs aux univers et savoir-faire complémentaires, afin d’imaginer des expériences culinaires sur mesure, adaptées à chaque événement, chaque ambiance et chaque envie.

Mariages, réceptions privées, événements professionnels, dîners intimistes ou expériences de Private Chef… Marco fait partie de ceux qui donnent vie à cette vision et imaginent avec nous une cuisine pensée dans les moindres détails.
