Seeking for a chef / sous chef from now to end january in the north of Norway for whalewatching & snorkling guests with orcas and whales.
You will be working with a Sami chef which will train u with the arctic delicacies 🙂
Accommodation + meals + flight
1 day off per week + 1 day working alone in kitchen to prepare pizza
2400€ + 80€ the day working alone in kitchen
Buffet for 40 pax
Days sous chef :
Help breakfast
Prepare sandwiches
Prepare tea time
Prepare cakes
Help dinner (cut vegetables, chef instructions..)
When alone in kitchen
1 day per week : breakfast, sandwich, tea time, dinner
+ 15 days at Christmas new years
Examples of menu
Reindeer lasagna + salad + 1 vegetarian option
Fresh fish + vegetable + potatoes + 1 vegetarian option
Pork ribs and mash potatoes
Moose meat with vegetables
•you must love animals
• Great communication skills
•speaking French is a plus
• Hardworking, responsible, and FLEXIBLE with help and helping hours
• You MUST be INDEPENDENT and a self-starter. If there’s not something going on, it’s really nice to have someone that just starts doing small tasks.
• You have to be able to work alone, but also in team
•Schengen visa or EU passport

• You have big sense of humor 😀
we are in a remote area with access only by boat. No shops or else.
